Client Services Manager-Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Coordinate client services and scheduling issues
• Manage caseload as Client Services Manager and grow it
• Build relationships with clients, referrers, payors, and community groups
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Monitor caseload metrics (admissions, Medicare %) and referrals
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Medicare, HomeCare Homebase, EPIC, and OASIS a plus
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
• Demonstrated record of increased responsibility
• Ambition to grow and advance
• Strong computer skills with EMR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
