Client Services Manager, Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide superior client service and care in home health
• Coordinate client services and scheduling issues
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources and payors
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers to support field staff
• Monitor admissions, Medicare %, referrals, and other metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred, Associate minimum
• Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus
• Medical office or home care experience preferred
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• EMR proficiency and data-driven mindset
