Client Services Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Support development and deployment of Access Genius product
• Collaborate with mentors to initiate projects and support growth
• Develop understanding of Managed Markets and payer data to aid engagement
• Collect business requirements from client input and test offerings
• Develop and maintain project plans; communicate risks and outcomes
• Facilitate requirements for creative design and MRL submissions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Availability to work EST and outside standard hours when needed
• Internet connection capable of large files, video and audio calls
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to travel up to 5%
