Client Success Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the setup, execution, closing, and funding of new loans, amendments, and renewals.
• Prepare and maintain transaction materials, collateral schedules, trackers, and checklists.
• Support borrower and collateral diligence, including review of ownership, provenance, and other
• Coordinate compliance approvals and follow up on outstanding closing and post-closing requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and organized transaction files.
• Maintain accurate records of collateral location, possession, customs status, and condition.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in financial services, lending, credit
• Experience in the art market, automotive industry, auction house, gallery, museum, art advisory, or
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong follow-through and the ability to
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with comfort working with financial information
• Proactive and resourceful, with sound judgment around resolving issues independently and escalating
