• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly spending and usage targets across your portfolio.
• Build relationships across key Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand priorities, uncover
• Develop strategic roadmaps for your clients that justify long term financial investment in your
• Lead strategic conversations on gifting best practices, providing clear recommendations that
• Advise platform admins and day-to-day senders on how to better leverage Reachdesk for key
• Proactively identify new use cases, company roles, and international markets to expand growth

🎯 Requirements

• Recent college graduate or early in your career, with a strong interest in SaaS, Client Success
• Strong communicator who is comfortable building relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and
• Highly proactive, organized, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Commercially curious, with an interest in how companies drive usage, engagement, retention, and
• Comfortable learning new technology and explaining concepts clearly to different types of users.
• Strong problem-solver with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.
