  • 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS role
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio with retention, growth, and satisfaction
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across levels, including executives
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
  • Collaborative, cross-functional experience in a fast-paced environment
