📋 Description

• Own the client relationship and act as first point of contact for client related matters and their
• Proactively lead every aspect of the post-sales relationship, onboarding, training, demos, business
• Coordination and internal alignment between Sales, Administration and Product.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client relevant KPIs and how to achieve them, sharing
• Leverage AI tools to analyze client data, automate reporting and improve efficiency and quality of
• Identify additional streams of revenue by cross- and/or upselling our clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a client relationship/success or account management role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within companies driving joint success
• Strong commercial drive as well as analytical and operational expertise to build and grow long-term
• Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, or AI-driven
• Technology savvy and high interest in the digital world and sports.
