📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking support through phone, video, and email
• Manage updates and changes to client systems with accuracy, consistency, and close attention to
• Partner with Client Success Managers to build and configure new client applications according to

🎯 Requirements

• Previous client service or customer support experience, ideally within a technology or SaaS
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach unfamiliar or complex client issues with
