Clinic Coordinator (Certified Medical Assistant)

📋 Description

• Support patient intakes and triage urgent requests to RN
• Assist with patient outreach, follow-up, and care coordination
• Manage medication, pharmacy, and lab workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR
• Schedule patient appointments and support office operations
• Provide in-person clinical support at Columbus clinic

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as Certified Medical Assistant
• Active CMA or equivalent national certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• 1+ year experience in behavioral health or care coordination
• Proficient with EHR and common business tools
• Knowledge of addiction medicine terminology
