Clinic Supervisor, RN (PACE)

📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic, ensuring high-quality, participant-centered
• Assign duties to clinic staff and provide guidance during shifts to ensure tasks are completed
• Provide leadership oversight and performance management including feedback, coaching, and mentoring
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for RNs, LVNs, and MAs.
• Manage clinic schedules to maintain coverage.
• Provide support with quality initiatives, audit readiness and monitoring CAPs in partnership with

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in California
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with two (2) – five (5) years of experience leading
• Strong communications skills with the ability to build trust and rapport within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and prioritize work to keep operations running smoothly.
• Demonstrated ability to make routine clinic decisions, solve problems in real time, and escalate
• Experience with caring for a complex geriatric population with chronic conditions.
