🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MSN, DNP preferred).
• 10+ years clinical experience, with 5+ in leadership or advisory roles.
• Expertise in clinical governance, healthcare regulations, and value-based care models.
• Experience with health tech solutions, clinical decision support, or healthcare IT platforms.
• Proven ability to influence policy, regulatory trends, and industry best practices at national/state levels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
