📋 Description

• Offer peer-to-peer onboarding support to new clinician users, providing practical
• Collect and synthesise new-user insights, transforming qualitative feedback into actionable
• Provide clinical expertise across the GTM function, supporting customer conversations, validating
• Support onboarding and scaling of enterprise accounts with our Customer Success Team.
• Contribute to clinical product development and validation, helping ensure clinical accuracy
• Provide support for individual users optimising Heidi II, our agentic platform and providing

🎯 Requirements

• Current registration as a medical practitioner, dentist, or allied health professional with Ahpra
• Clinical experience with the ability to credibly support peers and speak to real-world clinical
• Familiarity with Heidi’s platform or strong enthusiasm to learn it deeply (highly preferred).
• Comfort navigating customer engagement, messaging refinement and clinical support functions
• Excellent communication skills, especially in clinician-to-clinician support contexts.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible hours that fit around existing clinical practice.
