🎯 Requirements

• Medical Assistant certification is highly preferred; active or expired certifications are accepted
• At least 2 years of patient-facing experience, preferably with exposure to telehealth or virtual
• Experience with care coordination is strongly valued, particularly supporting Medicare populations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large member panel, potentially exceeding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
