Clinical Director- Hospice

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the North Charleston, SC Hospice office alongside the Division Director
• Oversee client services, clinical operations, budgeting, recruiting, and fiscal management
• Ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, staff education, and evaluation
• Grow the office through market trends and referral opportunities
• Represent BAYADA to partners, community groups, and the public
• Strategically plan, monitor KPIs, and oversee marketing/program development

🎯 Requirements

• RN or BSN preferred
• Minimum two years supervisory/management healthcare experience, hospice/home health preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare regs including OASIS and PPS preferred
• Strong interpersonal, recruiting, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to organize, market, and grow an office
• Demonstrated PC and communication skills for community networking
