• Lead and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios in lab environment to enhance caregiver readiness
• Educate and mentor field staff; support ongoing clinical education and performance improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• BSN/MSN preferred
• Minimum two years of staff development or nursing education experience
• Experience with performance improvement plans, orientation, chart review, and utilization reporting
• Strong assessment and organizational skills; capable of independent, diverse responsibilities
• Aspiring to grow and advance beyond current position
