Perform equipment maintenance as per SOPs for centrifuges, freezers, refrigerators, pipettors
Create sample batches, print labels, and label tubes and plates
Maintain sufficient inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment
Assist CLSs with reagent preparation, sample testing, and QC/QA functions
Participate in projects under supervision and cross-departmental projects
Assist with training of new laboratory personnel

🎯 Requirements

Zero to one years of work experience in a clinical laboratory setting
Ability to prioritize tasks with high emphasis on quality
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team in a highly collaborative environment
Flexibility to variable shift start times depending on operational needs
