Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Oncology (PM Shift)

📋 Description

• Perform end-to-end processing of cancer blood samples in a high complexity CLIA setting.
• Conduct clinical laboratory assays to support diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
• Perform quality control and calibrate instruments; document data.
• Contribute to R&D for CLIA tech transfer, troubleshooting, training, and validations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences.
• 1-2 years CLS experience in a clinical setting.
• California CLS license meeting CLIA 42 CFR 493 requirements (ASCP/CGMBS/generalist).
• Hands-on DNA extraction and PCR experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Docs, Word, Excel, statistics; familiarity with LIMS.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of working under time constraints.
