📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and ongoing adherence to Lyra’s global clinical governance framework and
• Develop, review, and update local clinical policies and protocols to ensure full compliance with
• Design and oversee robust quality assurance activities, including systematic clinical audits
• Lead investigations into serious clinical incidents and formal complaints, collaborating with
• Act as the final clinical escalation point for complex queries, ethical dilemmas, and high-risk
• Provide senior clinical oversight and leadership to teams responsible for direct service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work).
• Optional: Valid and current professional registration/licensure to practice independently in India
• Several years of extensive post-qualification clinical experience in mental health, including
• Several years of progressive experience in a clinical leadership, supervisory, or programmatic
• Deep understanding of the Indian mental healthcare landscape and regulatory compliance.
