Clinical Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and support clinical staff in delivering patient care.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits in the field.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee implementation.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate ongoing education and training for field staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Experience with adult clients.
• Prior home care or home health experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
