Clinical Manager, Assistive Care

📋 Description

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of nurses in delivering exceptional client care.
• Visit adult clients throughout Philadelphia County to conduct nursing assessments and evaluate care
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise and provide ongoing guidance to field nursing staff.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for newly hired nurses.
• Support clinical training, staff development, and ongoing in-service education.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least five years of healthcare experience, including a minimum of two years of RN experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and other software systems.
• Strong technology skills and the ability to adapt to new systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
