Clinical Manager Designee, RN | Adult Home Care

📋 Description

• Complete patient reassessments, resumptions of care (ROC), and monthly supervisory visits
• Lead nurse orientation, clinical skills assessments, competency evaluations, staff development, and
• Coordinate physician communication and follow-ups
• Participate in additional training and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, documented by a school transcript or
• A current, active nursing license in good standing in North Carolina
• 1 year of RN experience
• Experience working with adults
• Prior Trach/Vent experience required
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical leadership
