Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional client care
Visit Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments throughout Montgomery and Delaware counties
Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation
Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aide (HHA) staff in the field
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff

🎯 Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
Recent hands-on nursing experience required
Prior home care experience preferred
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
