Clinical Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Conduct Assessments & Develop Care Plans: Complete in-home assessments and create
• Support & Supervise Caregivers: Provide guidance, oversight, and ongoing support to Home Health
• Onboard & Educate: Facilitate new hire orientation and provide ongoing training, competency
• Coordinate Client Care: Act as central point of communication between clients, families
• Promote Quality & Compliance: Ensure care delivery meets BAYADA standards, client expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Previous home care experience preferred
• Experience supervising, mentoring, precepting, or supporting caregivers, nursing assistants, or
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
