Clinical Manager, Hospice

📋 Description

• Lead and support the clinical management of hospice field staff
• Provide day-to-day clinical guidance, oversight, and problem solving
• Help ensure safe, appropriate, and timely patient care delivery
• Oversee clinical documentation, case conference activity, recertification planning, and care
• Review clinical needs, utilization, patient progression, and discharge planning with care team
• Support a high-acuity hospice environment with strong hospital referral activity, short lengths of

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in MO
• Hospice experience is a must
• Strong clinical judgment and understanding of hospice care delivery
• High level of comfort with technology, including EMR systems (HCHB) and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and listen thoughtfully before reacting
• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and multitasking skills
