Clinical Manager, Part Time

📋 Description

• Coordinate and deliver annual education and competency assessments for staff
• Facilitate quarterly dementia education and training
• Provide lab skills training and clinical education for home health aides (HHAs)
• Conduct initial and ongoing competency assessments for new and existing staff
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and support staff development
• Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and education to promote quality care and positive client

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least two years of nursing experience
• Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for staff education, clinical training, and professional development
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
