Clinical Manager, Pediatrics

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide pediatric care.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits in Berks and Lebanon Counties.
• Develop pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Support the training and development of new and tenured nurses.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience preferred, or interest in learning.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for compassionate, high-quality pediatric care.
