Clinical Manager, RN

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care
• Visit pediatric clients throughout Erie, PA and surrounding areas to conduct assessments and
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation
• Supervise and support nursing staff in the field
• Provide ongoing clinical guidance, coaching, and support to field nurses
• Facilitate orientation for newly hired nurses

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• 2+ years of experience as an RN
• Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
