📋 Description

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit adult clients and conduct assessments in New Castle County, DE.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Train new nurses and provide field in-services.

🎯 Requirements

• RN with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Active RN license in DE.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and develop care plans.
• Experience in home health preferred.
