📋 Description

• Lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring
• Visiting clients in their homes and supervising field clinicians.
• Accountable for internal case management and evaluation and development of field staff.
• Assist with in-home client assessments and complete the care planning process by providing clinical
• Combination of working with patients and office staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in NY.
• Minimum two (2) years recent and verifiable hands on experience as an RN (preferably in home care).
• At least one (1) year experience in nursing management OR pediatric nursing required.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Child Abuse Clearance, in states where applicable.
• Trach/vent/tube experience within home health care setting is preferred.
