Clinical Manager, RN Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a team of registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and other
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including patient assignments, and case load oversight
• Perform initial patient assessments, including home safety evaluations, and develop individualized
• Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to care plans, nursing standards, and
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with state, federal, and
• Participate in performance evaluations, corrective actions, and staff development plans

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Prior experience in clinical supervision or nurse management preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties
• Trach / vent experience required
