Clinical Manager, RN, Pediatrics

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses providing pediatric home care
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Middlesex County
• Develop and oversee individualized plans of care
• Provide clinical oversight and support for RNs and LPNs
• Coordinate with clients, families, physicians, and field staff
• Ensure continuity of care and participate in quality improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to lead and support in a pediatric home-care environment
• Willingness to travel within service area
• Flexibility for occasional extended hours and on-call rotation
