Manage clinical inbox, triage health notes and respond to deterioration
Complete VATs and CNAs with guidance from clinical leadership
Deliver clinical guidance to customers and representatives and support informed decisions
Review clinical escalations, incidents, and complaints with a clinical component
Uphold Aged Care Act and Quality Standards in service delivery

🎯 Requirements

AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
First Aid certification
Experience in Home Care or aged care settings
Strong clinical decision-making and case management
Excellent communication and customer service
Knowledge of self-managed or consumer-directed care is a bonus
