Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) – IDD Habilitation Services

📋 Description

• Lead IDD Nursing and Habilitation Services in Hickory, NC
• Provide clinical guidance, mentor staff, ensure person-centered care
• Oversee services, support Habilitation Technicians in the field
• Conduct RN visits to assess progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with families, Case Managers, and care teams
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies and state regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience with IDD population
• QP experience preferred
• Clinical Nurse leadership or healthcare management experience preferred
• Strong nursing assessment skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
• Passion for compassionate care for individuals with developmental disabilities
