Clinical Operation Manager, SSU

📋 Description

• Support CSM staff in start up activities such as (but not limited to) country and site feasibility
• Support CCOM, Senior COM and other functional areas to develop and support implementation of
• Support the strategy and development surrounding country and site activation planning inclusive of
• Collect and analyze AbbVie and industry benchmarking data across assigned disease areas/indications
• Liaise cross-functional staff on the use of templates and systematic processes for study start-up.
• Track progress against study start-up timelines and milestones and escalate risks to CCOM and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in health-related field (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy)
• At least 2 years experience as a people manager or project manager.
• CRA background and knowledge of the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Familiar with SSU (Study Start-Up) activities.
• Familiar with HGRAC (Health Authority, Regulatory, and Ethics Committee) management.
• Strong personality and result-driven mindset.
