Clinical Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of clinical research professionals while helping drive delivery of priority
• Work closely with investigators, research sites and cross-functional stakeholders to remove
• Conduct accompanied site visits (on-site and off-site).
• Accelerate priority programs through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct trend analysis and gap assessments to proactively identify training and developmental
• Utilize AbbVie systems and tools to proactively address performance, mitigate risks and issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or equivalent degree, health related (e.g. Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy)
• Minimum 5 years plus monitoring experience; at least 1 year of direct line management experience
• Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively with clarity
• Demonstrates flexibility to changing requirements with the ability to establish and leverage
• Demonstrated proactive and positive team player
• Exhibits strong planning and organisational skills
