Clinical Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day scheduling, rescheduling, and PTO tracking; serve as central air traffic control
• Act as first line of defense for non-clinical patient complaints, logging tracking data, and
• Free up significant bandwidth for designated Medical Services Director by coordinating crucial
• Collaborate closely with fellow MS Ops teammates to establish seamless shift, function, or
• Handle non-clinical patient requests and compile data reporting to help leadership scale

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, medical scheduling, clinic coordination, or
• High comfort level with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software (Athena preferred), communication
• Ability to support flexible operational schedule, including evening, weekend, and rotating on-call
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to navigate sensitive healthcare
• Successful completion of standard healthcare background check and credentialing verification
