Clinical Payments Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage investigator payments end-to-end for assigned global clinical studies, including payment
• Collect required information from relevant teams, systems, and tools in a timely and proactive
• Review global contract terms, study budgets, and payment schedules to ensure investigative site
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies identified across multiple sources, including
• Perform payment reconciliations at required intervals and maintain accurate financial records.
• Analyze budgeted versus actual investigator payment spend and communicate findings to project teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical
• Four-year college or university degree, or a two-year college qualification combined with at least
• Knowledge and understanding of ICH, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA or EU directives, as
• Strong understanding of financial data, contracts, budgets, payment schedules, reconciliations, and
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in the language of the
