📋 Description

• Lead and manage full-service oncology clinical projects (Ph I-IV) globally.
• Oversee timelines, scope, cost and quality across functions.
• Manage client relationships, project team, budgets and timelines end-to-end.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive quality.
• Oversee proposal strategy, development, costing and bid defense; drive full-cycle delivery.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in life sciences or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Prior full-service/global PM experience in CROs.
• 4+ years' PM experience in oncology clinical trials.
• Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Proficient with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS and MS Office/PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication and strong presentation skills; travel.
