Independently lead full-service oncology clinical projects (Ph I–IV) in CROs.
Oversee all functional departments to meet timelines, scope, cost, and quality.
Manage study lifecycle from proposal to completion, incl. client relationships & budgets.
Drive cross-functional study teams with internal/external stakeholders to ensure quality.
Serve as primary client liaison, supporting proposals and client presentations.
Lead all aspects of a clinical trial or trials end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

Degree or life science qualification, or equivalent
Full-service/global PM role experience in CRO
At least 4 years PM experience in CRO clinical trials
Experience managing oncology studies
GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process understanding
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays
