Conduct psychological evaluations and mental health screenings for Functional Capacity Outcomes
Assign participants to service tracks (SSI/SSDI, Wellness, VRS)
Provide emergent evaluations and safety recommendations for high-risk participants
Document evaluations and interactions in SEAMS case management
Collaborate with Health Professionals and Medical Director daily
Participate in team meetings and required training

🎯 Requirements

NYS Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Minimum three years of FCO-related evaluations
Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven teams
Experience with publicly funded programs; TANF preferred
Fluency in an additional language is a plus
Strong time-management to meet deadlines
