Clinical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Source and engage licensed mental health professionals through job boards, professional networks
• Review applications, screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and verify clinical
• Coordinate interviews with clinical hiring teams and manage candidate communication throughout the
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing clinical hiring needs.
• Provide a positive and responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through the hiring
• Support targeted recruitment campaigns, including email outreach, job postings, and other sourcing

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience recruiting clinical therapists or licensed mental health professionals.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and engaging clinical candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Familiarity with behavioral health roles, clinical licensure requirements, and recruiting practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, professional, and approachable
• A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative attitude with a willingness to take initiative and
