Clinical Research Associate

📋 Description

• Considered as the primary point of contact for the investigative site.
• Aligns, trains and motivates the site staff and principal investigator on the goals of the clinical
• Conducts site evaluation, site training, routine, and site closure monitoring activities.
• Advanced understanding of site engagement and ability to customize site engagement strategy.
• Evaluate and ensure effective recruitment and retention techniques/plans.
• Develop solid knowledge of therapeutic area, asset and clinical landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in health related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research
• Knowledge of therapeutic area indications preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
