📋 Description

• Act as primary Sponsor point of contact for investigative sites
• Align, train and motivate site staff on clinical trial goals
• Conduct site evaluation, training, monitoring, and closure activities
• Customise site engagement strategy
• Evaluate recruitment and retention techniques
• Develop knowledge of therapeutic area and clinical landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree; health related preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, of which 6 months in clinical research
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approach, onsite and offsite monitoring
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Advanced ability to leverage technology, tools and resources
