Clinical Research Associate II - Oncology (Ohio/Kentucky)

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, providing contextual information on
• Align, train, and motivate site staff and principal investigators on clinical trial program goals
• Conduct site evaluation, site training, routine, and site closure monitoring activities in
• Utilize site engagement tools such as CRM to report/track progress and measure impact of site
• Connect study protocol, scientific principles, and clinical trial requirements to day-to-day trial
• Mentor and train less experienced CRAs and participate in global/local task forces and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in health related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing)
• Minimum of 1 year clinically related experience, with at least 6 months in clinical research
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approach, onsite and offsite monitoring.
• Knowledge of appropriate therapeutic area indications preferred; ability to understand and apply
• Advanced knowledge of local regulatory and legal requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
