• Ensure efficient, accurate completion of patient care visits, maintaining 100% compliance with
• Perform timely, accurate clinical data entry across multiple online electronic medical record
• Serve as a trusted resource for pharmaceutical sponsors, contract research organizations, and
• Deliver a memorable customer experience onsite and instill confidence through clear, constant

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience
• Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university
• Preferred: Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
• Preferred: Experience in a frontline, customer-facing service role
