📋 Description

• Works closely with various stakeholders to ensure scheduled activities occur per local regulation.
• Manages multiple group mailboxes and routes safety-related inquiries to the appropriate internal
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to coordinate the timely transfer of deliverables
• Assists in answering safety related questions for internal systems.
• Supports development of business metrics, generates and monitors key operational metrics for
• Supports issue investigation, coordinates between internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; At least 2 years of related industry experience; pharmaceutical
• Working knowledge of Pharmacovigilance processes and experience supporting partnership-related
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple activities
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; prior experience in a Pharmacovigilance, safety
