Clinical Specialist

📋 Description

• Work closely with the Global CMO on priorities spanning clinical strategy, external engagement, and
• Prepare briefings, talking points, slide decks, and written materials to support executive meetings
• Join selected customer, partner, and internal meetings as a clinical representative, with
• Manage and draft inbound and outbound email correspondence on behalf of the Office of the CMO.
• Support and coordinate conferences, roadshows, advisory events, and speaking engagements, including
• Assist with customer engagement activities, including sales meetings, customer success touchpoints

🎯 Requirements

• A clinical background (MD/MBBS, RN, NP, allied health, or similar).
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn fast in ambiguous environments.
• Comfort with technology, structured problem-solving, and iterative product feedback loops.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians, engineers, designers, and GTM teams.
• Alignment with Heidi’s mission, values, and pace of execution.
