📋 Description

• Serve as the primary oncology clinical workflow expert for the growth organization, developing a
• Assess current-state clinical workflows, protocols, staffing models, patient engagement practices
• Partner with prospective and existing customers to understand their clinical needs and demonstrate
• Build trusted relationships with oncology clinicians, operational leaders, and executive
• Support provider sales strategy by contributing clinical expertise to prospect engagement
• Represent the organization at relevant oncology conferences, trade shows, speaking engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted U.S. nursing license and 10+ years of
• Strong oncology operations and clinical experience across both community oncology and health system
• Deep understanding of oncology clinical workflows, care-team operations, patient engagement, and
• Experience serving as a clinical subject-matter expert while contributing to business, sales
• Strong interest in healthcare innovation and disruptive technology, with the ability to connect
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, digital health solutions, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
