Clinical Studio Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of the ear piercing studio ensuring the highest level of customer service
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Studio staff, including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and adherence to Rowan's Clinical Safety
• Manage Studio inventory, ensure compliance with policies, POS accuracy, and loss prevention measures
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including average order value and revenue to

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN License
• 3-5 years proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar service-oriented
• Proven strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
• Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability
• Excellent customer service skills

🎁 Benefits

• Annual Base Salary between $65,000 - $75,000
