Clinical Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
• Visit pediatric clients and conduct assessments throughout Franklin, Adams, Perry, and surrounding
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing development of clinical staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Recent bedside nursing experience required
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Trach/vent experience preferred, or an interest in learning
• Home care experience preferred
